Q: Can I modify my doll’s configuration after ordering?
A: Minor changes (such as eye color or wig style) can be made within the first 24 hours for a $120 administrative fee. This fee covers the cost of interrupting the automated order queue. After 24 hours, the order is locked into production and no further modifications can be made.
Q: What is the “Point of No Return”?
A: Since our products are custom-made art pieces, once the production phase starts (after the initial 24-hour window), the process is irreversible. At this stage, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Please choose your specifications carefully!
