Answer: Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order (and before production begins), we offer an 80% refund. If your doll arrives with any verified transit damage, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will provide a free replacement or repair kit immediately.
