The 20% deduction covers non-refundable banking transaction fees and initial material preparation costs. Once production begins (usually after 24 hours), we strictly cannot accept any cancellations or refunds.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"faq-item\">\n<p><strong>Can I modify my doll\u2019s configuration after ordering?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minor changes (such as eye color or wig style) can be made within the first 24 hours for a $120 administrative fee. This fee covers the cost of interrupting the automated order queue. After 24 hours, the order is locked into production and no further modifications can be made.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"faq-item\">\n<p><strong>What is the &#8220;Point of No Return&#8221;?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Since our products are custom-made art pieces, once the production phase starts (after the initial 24-hour window), the process is irreversible. At this stage, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
