Can I cancel my order for a refund?
- If you change your mind within 24 hours of placement, we provide an 80% refund. The 20% deduction covers non-refundable banking transaction fees and initial material preparation costs. Once production begins (usually after 24 hours), we strictly cannot accept any cancellations or refunds.
Can I modify my doll’s configuration after ordering?
- Minor changes (such as eye color or wig style) can be made within the first 24 hours for a $120 administrative fee. This fee covers the cost of interrupting the automated order queue. After 24 hours, the order is locked into production and no further modifications can be made.
What is the “Point of No Return”?
- Since our products are custom-made art pieces, once the production phase starts (after the initial 24-hour window), the process is irreversible. At this stage, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Please choose your specifications carefully!
